Any damaged or unwanted products need to be returned unused within 7 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.
Please note that on bespoke printing, no return will be accepted, once the design has been agreed, unless the item has a flaw
SHIPPING INFO
All our items are shipped within 3-5 business days once the funds have cleared. On bulk orders, a pick up date will be arranged prior to the agreement.
All 1st Class shipping tracking number can only be tracked by Royal Mail. A proper tracking number will be provided only if you choose a Tracking shipping option at checkout.
